摘 要:以一台Y2-280S-8型37 kW电机为例,设计了相应试验方案并系统研究了电压偏差±10%范围内,电机定转子铜耗、基本铁耗、附加损耗及总损耗在不同负载时随电压变化的一般规律。结果显示,定子铜耗和附加损耗在轻载时均随电压升高而增大,重载时随电压升高而减小;转子铜耗均随电压升高而减小,且重载时减小趋势更明显;基本铁耗受负载影响较小,且随电压升高而线性增大;总损耗在轻载时随电压升高而增大,重载时先减小后增大。Take a Y2-280S-8, 37 kW motor as an example, a series of experimental schemes were designed and the general change rules of the stator and rotor copper losses, fundamental iron core losses, stray losses and the total losses of the motor, with the different load conditions, were studied respectively within the voltage deviation rage of _+ 10%. The results showed that, as the voltage rising, the stator copper loss and the stray loss firstly increase at light-load condition and then reduce at heavy load condition; the rotor copper loss always reduces as the voltage rising, and the reduction trends was more obvious with heavy load conditions; the fundamental iron loss, which was affected by load condition slightly, increase linearly as the voltage rising; the total losses increase as the voltage rising at light load condition, however, it firstly reduced and then increased at high load condition.
