温湿度自动检定系统的应用与改进研究

摘　　要：介绍了温湿度检定系统的工作原理与应用方法,指出了当前工作中的不足,提出了检定系统的改进方案。针对具体问题,充分运用计算机技术,以vb编程语言为基础,利用当前设备中现有的RS232和RS485串行接口,并采用USB摄像头图像采集技术,由计算机按照检定规程实时采集温湿度数据和控制检定过程,完成了温湿度检定系统的自动化改造。同时,针对改造后应用过程中的问题,提出了进一步的改进思路和方法。本次改造充分利用了当前设备的功能和接口,以及市场上廉价的普通USB摄像头,实现了检定过程的自动化,节省了大量的人力、提高了工作效率和检定精度,具有一定的推广价值。The paper presents the working principle and application method of verification system of temperature and humidity, points out the shortcomings of the current work and proposes the improvement solution to the system. The automatic transformation of testing system of temperature and humidity is completed by making full use of the computer technology on the basis of VB programming language, the u- sing of the existing RS232 and RS485 serial interface in the current equipment and technology of image ac- quisition USB camera, collection of statistics of real-time acquisition of temperature and humidity and veri- fication process by computers according to the verification regulations. At the same time, aiming at the problems in the process of application, the paper proposes further improvement ideas and methods. The functions and an interface of the equipment as well as cheap USB camera available in the market are made full use of in the transformation, and automated test process is realized so that a lot of manpower is saved with work efficiency and testing accuracy improved.
