摘　　要：姜振寰教授于1962年考入哈师院(现哈尔滨师范大学)物理系,毕业后因"文革"入牛棚,后来担任工厂厂长负责电焊机等机电设备的生产,1977年在黑龙江绥化师专讲授一年的《普通物理学》课程,1979年考入哈尔滨工业大学随关士续教授攻读自然辩证法硕士,1982年毕业留校任教,1987年任哈尔滨工业大学人文学院硕士生导师,1998年任管理学院博士生导师,1999年创刊《哈尔滨工业大学学报(社会科学版)》,2004年创办科技史与发展战略研究中心.1983-1990年被借调到北京中国自然辩证法研究会从事中国技术发展战略研究,1990年回到哈尔滨工业大学任教.姜教授从20世纪60年代,历经时代沧桑,求学始志不渝;自80年代初结缘技术史以来,在技术史和技术哲学领域取得了突出的学术成果.Prof. Jiang Zhen-huan admitted admitte/d to the Department of Physics, Harbin Normal Universi- ty in 1962. In the year of 1979, he admitted to master＇s dialectics of nature of HIT, apprenticed with Prof. Guan Shi-xu, and stay in school to teach after gYaduation. From 1987 to 1998, Prof. Jiang served as Tutor for graduate and Tutor for Doctor Degree in School of Humanities University and School of Management in HIT. In 1999, he founded ＂Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology（Social Science Edition） ＂, and Scientif- ic History and Development Strategy Research Center in 2004. From 1980s, Prof. Jiang has achieved out- standing academic outcomes in the field of the history of technology and technology philosophy.
