摘　　要：当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中。如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。故针对订单执行力方面，提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法。并在本方法的基础上，引进先进管理工具思想，从而建立起一套在供需链（SupplyChain）管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。At current stage of the business process management, how to improve the execution of orders is still a blank. Therefore, in order to perform force,this paper puts forward a kind of efficient implementation of production planning method. And in this method on the basis of the introduction of advanced management ideas, tools, so as to establish a set in the supply chain（ Supply Chain）under the management mode of high order execution system.
