摘 要:基于分段思想提出了V型永磁体分段转子结构。通过对原普通V型永磁体电机和新结构电机进行磁路对比分析,得出该新结构具有更强的弱磁扩速能力。利用Ansoft有限元计算软件计算两种结构的交直轴电感,计算结果也表明该新结构具有弱磁扩速性能的优越性。对两种结构样机进行弱磁试验验证,试验结果表明,当极限电流不大于300 A时,电机的弱磁扩速能力由原来的1.5倍升高到了2倍。Based on the piecewise ideas, V type permanent magnet segmented motor structure was proposed. Comparing the magnetic circuit of the original ordinary V-shaped permanent magnet motor and the new structure motor, the conclusion was determined that the new structure motor has a stronger flux weakening speed capability. By using Ansoft finite element calculation software, quadrature-axis and direct-axis inductance of the two structures motor were calculated and the calculation results showed that the new structure has good flux weakening speed performance. Finally,two structures prototype weak magnetic tests indicated that the flux weakening speed capacity of motor increases from 1.5 times to 2 times under the circumstances of limit current less than 300 A and then the idea discussed was verified.
