摘 要:基于定子电流的频谱分析方法是异步电机状态监测和故障诊断的主要途径。针对故障电机定子电流表现为多分量调幅-调频特征的状况,将广义解调时频分析方法应用于电机定子电流的信号处理,得到故障电机定子电流的时频分布,正常和故障状态下定子电流的时频分布区别明显。通过分析试验结果,广义解调时频分析方法可有效应用于电机转子断条的故障诊断,而且效果优于其他时频分析方法。The spectrum analysis of stator current was the main approach in the on-line detection for the rotor faults of squirrel-cage induction motor. For fault stator current manifestations of multi-component AM-FM condition, generalized demodulation time-frequency analysis method was applied to the motor stator current signal processing, and obtain the stator current's time-frequency distribution of fault motor, then could find the stator current's time- frequency distribution are clearly different between normal and fault condition. By analyzing the experimental results, the generalized demodulation time-frequency analysis method could be effectively applied to motor rotor broken bars fault diagnosis, and the effect was superior to other time-frequency analysis method.
