摘  要:介绍了力矩限制器的工作原理 ,指出单双吊点的塔式起重机的起升特性的确定方法是不一样的 ,对单吊点的塔式起重机的起升特性可以通过力矩曲线方程 :(Q +q) (x -r) =M额 确定 ,对双吊点塔式起重机则要通过求解超静定结构的方法来确定起升特性。利用单位力法导出了求解双吊点塔式起重机起升特性的计算机算法 ,并以QTZ315为例说明几种起升特性的差别和此算法的可靠性。The mechanism of the torque limiter is explained in this paper. The method to ascertain the lifting capacity of the tower crane is different between the tower crane with single hanging point and that with double hanging point. The lifting capacity of the tower crane with single hanging point applies the curve equation of (Q+q)(x-r)=M R. The lifting capacity of the tower crane with double hanging point applies the method of statically indeterminate structure. By using the method of unit force, the computer algorithm to calculate the lifting capacity of the tower crane with double hanging point is derived. At last, by using QTZ315 as example, the difference between the several lifting capacity and the reliability of the algorithm are discussed.
