摘  要:某电厂1 021 t/h劣质烟煤锅炉掺烧大比例褐煤后,在给煤机断煤或停磨操作阶段,制粉系统多次发生爆炸,给电厂安全生产造成极大威胁。从制粉系统防爆角度出发,分别进行了制粉系统断煤工况试验和停磨时热炉烟调节门开度影响试验研究,找出当前运行和设备等方面存在的安全隐患,并提出了合理化建议。After the 1 021 t/h Bitumiter-fired boiler mixed combustion with brown coal, explosion on pulverizing system occured many times during special condition such as coal interruption in coal feeder and coal pulverizer stopping. This problem brought great harm to safety production of the power plant. With perspective of explosion-proof in pulverizing system, this paper makes experimental re- search including coal interruption in coal feeder and coal pulverizer stopping. Through this study, potential safety hazards are found in the terms of operation and equipment, and some proposals are put forward for that.
