摘  要:对某电厂1 000 MW汽轮发电机在运行过程中出现转子轴振异常的问题进行了诊断与分析。诊断方法:利用机组停机对转子进行了降速过程、盘车状态的交流阻抗、损耗试验、重复脉冲检测法(the recurrent surge oscillograph,RSO)试验;利用发电机大修对转子进行膛外绝缘电阻、直流电阻、两极电压平衡、两极电压分布试验。分析试验数据结果,诊断转子存在早期匝间短路隐患,不存在金属性的匝间短路故障。最后就大型汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间故障诊断技术的特点及存在的问题进行了研究和探讨,强调运行中需要继续关注转子的振动幅值和负荷变化的关系,检修时做好试验记录并和历史试验数据相比较,避免匝间短路隐患发展成事故。This paper diagnoses and analyzes abnormal problem of rotor shaft vibration of 1 000 MW steam turbine of one power plant in its operation process. By unit closing down, it proceeds testing for speed reduction, alternative current imped- ance and loss of the jigger and recurrent surge oscillograph for the rotor. By means of generator overhaul, it carries out tes- ting for insulator resistance, direct resistance, bipolar voltage balance and bipolar voltage distribution outside the hearth for the rotor. Based on analyzing testing data, it considers that there are hidden dangers of early turn-to-turn short circuit fault for the rotor instead of metallic turn-to-turn short circuit fault. At last, it studies and analyzes characteristics of rotor wind- ing turn-to-turn short circuit fault diagnosis technology and existing problems. It emphasizes necessity to notice relationship between vibration amplitude of the rotor and load change during operation and requirements for taking notes of testing re- cords and comparing with historical testin~ data in orclor tn n~,c^icl d 1 * ~~
