摘  要:油气井压力控制技术是实现钻井安全的一项关键技术,而作为井控核心的二次井控技术,目前还有许多方面需要改进和完善。在分析当前压井技术缺陷的基础上,对压井过程进行了优化,设计了压井监控系统,并开发了压井过程模拟及监控软件。通过实验室模拟验证,该系统可很好地解决人为操作、计算误差、延迟时间等带来的压井问题,实现压井过程的自动、准确和安全控制。The oil or gas well pressure control technology core one of secondary well control. At present, the technology is a key one for realizing drilling safety and considered as a still needs to be improved in many aspects. On the basis of analyzing defects of current well - killing technologies, we optimized the well - killing process, designed the monitoring sys- tem for the well - killing process, and developed the simulation and monitoring software for the well - killing process. Eex- perimental results indicate that the system, which realizes the automatic, accurate and safe control for the killing process, is a good solution to well -killing problems due to man- made operation, calculation error,and delay time.
