摘 要:分别对四季樱草(Primula obconica Hance)叶片和花喷施脱落酸(ABA)、氯化钙(CaCl2)、磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)和抗冻必施,10 d后取相同部位的叶片和花在不同温度处理下测定其相对电导率、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明,与对照相比,4种外源物质不同程度地提高了四季樱草花和叶的抗寒性;喷施ABA对叶片效果更为明显,而喷施KH2PO4对花瓣的效果更为明显。The leaves and flowers of Primula obconica Hance was sprayed with ABA, CaCl2, KH2 PO4, and Antifreeze agent 10 days later the relative electric conductivity, Pro and MDA content for the same parts of the leaves and flowers by differ- ent low temperature treatment were determined. Results showed that compared with the control, four kinds of exogenous sub- stances improved the cold resistance capacity of P. obconica Hance at different levels. The effect of spraying ABA on leaves and spraying KH2 PO4 on flowers was more obvious than that of others.
