摘  要:为了提高水培尖尾芋[Alocasia cucullata(Lour.)Schott]的成活率,采用了1剂量、1/2剂量、1/4剂量3个浓度的斯泰纳营养液培养尖尾芋。通过测定营养液EC值、鲜重、根长、叶数以及叶片光合速率等,筛选较为理想的培养周期和营养液浓度。结果表明,尖尾芋在1/4剂量斯泰纳营养液中培养生长理想,光合速率呈先增后降的趋势;培养周期15 d左右为宜,尖尾芋的形态指标和生理指标最佳。In order to improve the survival rate of hydroponically cultured Alocasia cucullata(Lour.)Schott, and to explore op- timal culture condition of nutrient solution, the plant materials were cultured with three different concentrations of Steiners nutrient solution(1 dose, 1 / 2 dose and 1 / 4 dose). The change of EC values of nutrient solution were monitored. Fresh weight, root length, leaf numbers and leaf photosynthetic rate were measured. The results showed that the optimal concentra- tion of nutrient solution was 1 / 4 dose of Steiners nutrient solution. During the cultured period, the photosynthetic rate in- creased firstly and then decreased. The appropriate culture period was about 15 days.
