摘 要:针对钟控、电控取样器下井前要预设时间,操作繁琐,油水界面难以掌握,取样成功率低,在高凝油、稠油井重量轻无法用钢丝投送取样,研制了不用时间控制,通过上提下放钢丝绳控制,取样器在井下重复开启和关闭的摩擦式取样器和随管柱下入不怕遇阻,在坐封和解封封隔器的操作中控制取样器开启和关闭的滑套式取样器,并设计了相关取样工艺,解决油田高压物性取样难题。The time of clock - control and electric - control samplers have to be preset before operation, resulting in complicated operation, difficulty in identifying oil - water level and lower success in sampling. Furthermore, it is impossible to use the samplers in heavy oil wells. To solve the previous problem, the friction - type sampler, which can be turned on or off repeatedly by lifting or lowering steel wire in well without timing control, and the sliding - sleeve sampler, which can be used together with drill rod with no blocking, and its turning on/off is controlled by the process of operating setting and un- setting packer, have been developed. The related sampling technology has also been devised to solve the problem of high - pressure physical property sampling in oilfield.
