摘 要:为了建立一套准确、高效、多元素同时测定金樱子(Rosa laevigate Wichx.)中矿质元素含量的分析方法,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了微波消解样品中24种矿质元素含量。结果表明,样品溶解充分,消解效果好;各待测元素的工作曲线相关系数均不小于0.999 80,最小的检出限为0.001μg/mL,加标回收率为93.67%~110.00%,相对标准偏差为1.13%~9.62%。该方法不仅可多元素同时高效测定,而且结果准确,为进一步研究金樱子中矿质元素与药效间的关系及金樱子饮品的研究与开发奠定了基础。In order to establish an accurate, efficient and simultaneous multi-element analysis method for determination of trace elements in Rosae laevigatae wichx., 24 trace elements of the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) combined with microwave digestion. The results showed that the samples were dissolved sufficiently, and the digestion effect was ideal. The correlation coefficient of the working curves for the determined elements were over 0.999 80, the detection limit was 0.001 μg / mL, the recovery of standard addition was 93.67%~110.00%, and the relative standard deviation(n =6) was 1.13% ~9.62%. The developed method was highly efficient(capable of simultaneous multi-element analysis), and the result was accurate, which provided a basis not only for further study of the relationship between the trace elements of Rosae laevigatae wichx. and the efficacy, but also for the research and development of Rosae laevigatae wichx. beverage.
