摘 要:为实现插秧机的无人驾驶和数据采集,对插秧机的无线监控系统电路进行了设计。系统主要由中央处理单元、传感器检测单元、插秧机控制单元、无线数据传输单元及上位机控制单元等5部分组成。中央处理单元主控芯片采用STC12C5A60S2单片机,采集并处理传感器检测单元检测到的插秧机相关参数;插秧机控制单元依据中央处理单元的命令控制插秧机行驶与工作;无线数据传输单元用于与上位机控制单元通讯;上位机控制单元通过RS232与PC机相连。试验结果表明,通过此系统能远程实时采集插秧机的状态参数,并实现插秧机的遥控行驶。Aiming to achieve the manless driving and data collection on rice transplanter, a wireless remote monitoring system used in rice transplanter had been designed. The system was composed of the central processing unit, the sensors detecting unit, the rice transplanter controlling unit, the wireless data transmission unit, and the upper-computer controlling unit. The central processing unit, using MCU STC12C5A60S2, collected and processed data from sensor detecting unit. The transplanter control unit was controlled according to the command of the central processing unit. The wireless data transmission unit was used for communication with the upper-computer controlling unit, which was connected to the host computer via RS232. The result of the experiment showed that the state parameter of rice transplanter could be remote monitored and remote drived by the system.
