摘  要:针对国内现有施肥机械易产生架空、撒肥不均以及通用性差等缺点,设计了一种通用型摆管式撒肥机。采用仿生学原理,模仿人的手臂撒肥往复动作,由往复拉杆和摆动管组成摆动机构,并分析了摆管的运动特性,确定了整机的参数,实现了撒肥的均匀性。针对通用性又在撒肥机肥箱中加装了搅肥装置,可以撒施粉状肥料如碳酸氢铵。纵向撒肥均匀性试验结果表明,撒肥均匀性良好,无断条现象,能较好地满足实际生产的要求。Aiming at solving the problems of overheading, lack of versatility and uneven spreading during the work of the fertilizer spreading machines, a kind of general fertilizer spreading machine of swing tube type was designed, adopting bionics principle and simulating people's arm swing. The swing mechanism of fertilizer spreading machine was made up of reciprocat- ing linkages and swing tube. The paper analysed kinetic characteristic of the swing tube and defined the parameters of the machines that could spread fertilizer uniformly. Stir mechanism was installed on the fertilizer boxvolume, so that the fertilizer could spread powder fertilizer, such as ammonium hydrogen carbonate. The experiments on the uniformity were conducted with a variable rate fertilizer spreader. Results showed that the effect of spreader was well, and there was no fertilizer break phe- nomenon, which indicated the spreader could meet the need of practical production in the fields.
