杜鹃红山茶离体快繁的研究

摘　　要：以杜鹃红山茶(Camellia azalea)的幼嫩茎尖为试材进行组织培养研究,建立其快繁体系。结果表明,杜鹃红山茶芽诱导的最适培养基为SH+1.0 mg/L ZT+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L IAA,其芽萌发率为64.4%;最适增殖培养基为1.0 mg/L ZT+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IAA,增殖系数高达2.36;最佳生根培养基为1/2 SH+2.0 mg/L IBA+0.1 mg/L IAA+100 mg/L活性炭,其生根率可达61.7%。The shoot tip of Camellia azalea was used as the material to study on tissue culture, and in vitro rapid propaga- tion system was established. The results showed that the optimum medium for shoot tip induction of Camellia azalea was SH ＋1.0 mg / L ZT ＋ 2.0 mg / L 6-BA ＋1.0 mg / L IAA, germination rate leing 64.4%. Optimal proliferation medium was 1.0 mg / L ZT ＋1.0 mg / L 6-BA ＋0.5 mg / L IAA, and the multiplication coefficient was 2.36. The rooting medium was 1 / 2 SH＋ 2.0 mg / L IBA ＋ 0.1 mg / L IAA ＋100 mg / L activated carbon, the rooting rate being 61.7%.
