摘  要:测定5种生物农药对预蛹期松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura)和成蜂的毒力并进行安全性评价。结果表明,预蛹期赤眼蜂对这些生物农药的敏感性较成蜂低,其中苏云金芽孢杆菌对预蛹期赤眼蜂的毒力最小,安全系数最高。其他试剂毒力从大到小依次为苦参碱、百部·川楝·苦参碱、斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒、棉核·苏云菌。建议在使用赤眼蜂寄生卵卡时,在出蜂前喷施苏云金芽孢杆菌。Toxicity and safety evaluation of five biological pesticides to Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura were investigated. The results showed that the sensitivity of the pesticides to the pre-pupa T. dendrolimi was lower than that of adult T. den- drolimi. The toxicity of Bacillus thuringiensis to the pre-pupa T. dendrolimi was the lowest, and the safety coefficient of Bacillus thuringiensis to the pre-pupa T. dendrolimi was the highest. The order of toxicity from high to low was matrine, stemonine, melia toosendan · matrine, nuclear polyhedrosis viruses and Bacillus thuringiensis. It is suggested that spraying Bacillus thuringiensis before emergence when using parasitized egg cards of Trichogramma dendrolimi in the field.
