枯草芽孢杆菌水分散粒剂防治西瓜枯萎病研究

摘　　要：盆栽试验结果表明,1012CFU/g的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sublis)水分散粒剂对西瓜枯萎病具有良好的预防与治疗效果。在浓度为1 000μg/mL和2 000μg/mL时,对西瓜枯萎病的预防防效为72.28%和86.41%。在浓度为2 000μg/mL和4 000μg/mL时,对西瓜枯萎病的治疗防效为53.04%和65.90%。The results of pot experiment showed that 1012CUF / g Bacillus subtilis water dispersible granule had a good pre- vention and treatment effect on watermelon Fusarium wilt. The prevention effects at the concentration of 1 000 μg / mL and 2 000 μg / mL were 72.28% and 86.41%, respectively. The treatment effects at the concentration of 2 000 μg / mL and 4 000 μg / mL were 53.04% and 65.90%, respectively.
