摘 要:试验以罗田主栽板栗(Castanea mollissima)品种八月红为研究对象,分析板栗花芽分化过程中碳水化合物和蛋白质含量的变化规律。结果表明,板栗叶片中高水平的可溶性糖能明显促进板栗的花芽分化;板栗花芽分化需要消耗大量的淀粉,高含量的淀粉有利于板栗的花芽分化;形态分化前期,大量还原性糖的积累有利于花芽形态分化的进行;在板栗花芽分化过程中蔗糖含量呈波动性变化,但总体上呈上升趋势,使芽体始终保持充足的物质基础;果糖是花芽形态发育时期首先被消耗的糖类,其较高含量水平有利于板栗的花芽分化;大量的蛋白质积累有利于花芽分化的进行。Taking Castanea mollissima ‘Bayuehong' as material, the accumulation levels of related carbohydrate and protein during the critical period in the floral bud differentiation stage were studied. Results showed that the high soluble sugar level in chestnut leaves played an important role in accelerating the process of floral bud differentiation. The process of flower bud differentiation consumed a lot of starch, and a high level starch was conducive to floral bud differentiation. It was beneficial to floral bud differentiation of morphology stage that a large amount of reducing sugar accumulated before the morphological differentiation. The content of sucrose showed a fluctuating state and displayed a general ascending trend during the floral dif- ferentiation time, which could provide material base for ensuring the smooth progress of flower bud differentiation. Fructose was consumed firstly during the morphological period of floral differentiation, which had a high level during this stage. The accumulation of the protein was conducive to the flord bud differentiation as well.
