摘 要:利用正交试验,选择饲料配方、料水比和蒸煮时间为考察因素,对两广二号小蚕用人工饲料配方及制作工艺进行筛选。通过1~2龄人工饲料育、3~5龄桑叶育的饲养方式,测定不同处理小蚕期的生长发育和适应性各指标及大蚕期的体重、茧质等指标,并以小蚕综合适应性指数和全龄综合评价指数来选择最优处理。结果表明,最优组合为配方Ⅱ、料水质量比1∶1.8和蒸煮60 min,3个因素对试验的影响程度大小依次为料水比、饲料配方、蒸煮时间。Using feed formula, water addition and cooking time as treating factors,we selected the formula and production process of artificial diet in 1 ~2 instars for Liangguang Ⅱ silkworm were by the orthogonal design. The growth and development index, the adaptability indices, the weight and cocoon quality indices were investigated by using artificial diet in 1 ~2 instars and mulberry in 3 ~5 instars. The optimum conditions were chosen by the comprehensive adaptability index of young silkworm and the comprehensive assessment index in all instars. The results showed that the optimum conditions were feed formula Ⅱ, adding 1.8 times water and cooking 60 minutes. The major factors influencing the artificial diet processing are in the order of water addition, feed formula and cooking time.
