摘　　要：交往实践是马克思哲学研究的范畴,是人存在和发展的基本方式。在交往实践视野下,大学生管理是一种"主体-客体-主体"实践结构模式,是"主体-客体"与"主体-主体"关系模式的有机统一。这种强调采取交往、对话、沟通的实践方式,蕴含着"主体间性,生成性,反思性,中介性"等更为丰富的特性,为大学生管理提供更为科学的思路。The social intercourse, in the research field of Marxist philosophy, is a basic way of human existence and development. In the view of social intercourse, the management of college students is a kind of 'subject-object-subject' practice mode. It is an organic unity between the 'subject-object' and 'subject-subject' mode. The practice which emphasizes the importance of contacts, dialogues and communication has 'intersubjectivity, generativeness, reflectiveness and intermediateness'. The rich features provide more scientific ideas for the management of college students.
