摘  要:采用稻壳灰和碱激发偏高岭土基地聚物制备一种新型防火涂料,对比遴选出相对较优的涂料配方,测定其常温导热系数;在ISO834标准升温条件下,开展6块组合楼板的耐火性能试验,考察大尺度废弃混凝土使用、荷载比、防火涂料厚度等因素对组合楼板耐火性能的影响趋势,验证该防火涂料的显著防火效果。研究表明:①该防火涂料具有优异的隔热性能,采用钠碱作为激发剂可使该涂料具有更好的隔热性能和内聚粘结强度;②再生混合组合楼板具有与全现浇组合楼板完全相当的耐火性能;③实际荷载比0.19时,无防火保护的再生混合组合楼板也能满足一级耐火要求;④实际荷载比0.5时,再生混合组合楼板下表面仅需涂抹厚度10mm的该防火涂料,即可使其耐火极限远大于1.5h。A new kind of fireproof coating was prepared with rice husk ash and alkali activated metakaolin geopolymer as main raw materials. The optimal mixture proportion of fireproof coating was determined by comparative tests and the thermal conductivity of the fireproof coating was measured at room temperature. Fire endurances of six composite slabs were tested based on the ISO834 standard heating process, and the influences of the demolished concrete blocks (DCBs) , load ratio, and thickness of fireproof coating on the fire resistance of the composite slabs were examined. The fire resistance effect of the new fireproof coating on the composite slabs was verified. Following conclusions can be drawn : (a) the fireproof coating has excellent thermal insulation property, and in the case that the geopolymer binder is activated by sodium alkali, a better thermal insulation capacity and a better cohesive bonding behavior can be achieved; (b) the fire resistance ability of the composite slabs filled with DCBs and fresh concrete ( FC ) are almost the same as those of the composite slabs filled with FC alone ; (c) the fire resistance of the composite slab filled with DCBs and FC with an actual load ratio of 0.19 and without fireproof coating can meet the Grade A requirement specified in the design code ; (d) the fire endurance of the composite slab filled with DCBs and FC with an actual load ratio of 0. 5 and with only lOmm thickness fireproof coating is much larger than 1.5h.
