脱硫塔内衬花岗岩防腐应用研究

摘　　要：结合某化工企业2×55 t/h三废炉双碱法烟气脱硫工程实例,分析了系统核心设备脱硫塔的运行工况、腐蚀类型及原因,并提出脱硫塔内衬花岗岩防腐施工方案。着重介绍了防腐材料(花岗岩和环氧树脂等)的选用依据、环氧树脂胶泥的配置方法、施工工艺流程、脱硫塔内相关附件(包括底板、壁板、顶板、设备接管及支撑梁)内衬花岗岩防腐施工措施及重要事项等。为便于工程技术人员对花岗岩衬里进行质量把关控制验收,提出必要的控制要点和判断依据。实践结果表明,脱硫塔内衬花岗岩防腐与其它防腐形式相比,具有更好的性价比,可为同类烟气脱硫工程脱硫塔内部防腐提供参考。By a case study of double - alkaline flue gas desulfurization unit for 2×55 t/h furnace, the operation, types of corrosions and corrosion causes were analyzed and construction schemes of granite lining for desulfurization tower were proposed. Here described in detail are the basis for anti -corrosion material selection （granite and epoxy resin, etc）, formulation of epoxy resin daub, construction process and construction measures for the granite lining on the bottom plates of desulfurization tower, wall plate, overhead plate, equipment piping and piping support etc. Necessary control points and basis of judgment are presented to facilitate the quality control and granite lining inspection acceptance for engineering people. The practice demonstrates that the internal granite lining of desulfurization tower offers a better corrosion protection performance to cost than other anti - corrosion measures, which can provide a good reference for the internal corrosion protection of desulfurization towers of the similar projects.
