摘　　要：从分析《黄帝内经》中的各种刺法入手,发现我国针灸疗法的发展始终未离其轨迹,沿着刺法—疗法—医学这样的方向发展。疗法的改革与创新是推动现代针灸发展的重要力量,提出在标准化的带动下,各种针灸疗法要朝向疗效差异的客观显示、疗效验证、普及应用的方向努力。The origin and development of acupuncture and moxibustion was analyzed from needling methods in Huangdi Neijing （The Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon, 黄帝内经）. The acupuncture and moxibustion has developed along the direction of needling methods, therapy and medicine. The reformation and innovation of therapy is an impor- tant force to promote validation and wider the development of modem acupuncture. The objective response of efficacy differences, efficacy application is the development direction of acupuncture therapy.
