补肾调肝方治疗高龄骨质疏松症伴抑郁障碍32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调肝方治疗高龄原发性骨质疏松症(OP)伴抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法将80例75～95岁OP并伴有抑郁障碍的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组给予补肾调肝方,每日1剂;对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片口服,每次70mg,每周1次。治疗4周后评价两组OP临床疗效及抑郁障碍疗效,并分别比较两组治疗前及治疗后1、2、3、4周抑郁障碍评分。结果治疗组OP临床疗效及抑郁障碍疗效总有效率分别为87.50%、93.75%,对照组均为83.87%,两组OP临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),抑郁障碍疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组抑郁障碍评分治疗后1、2、3、4周与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后4周与治疗后1、2、3周比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2、3、4周抑郁障碍评分治疗均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾调肝方能有效改善高龄OP伴发抑郁患者骨质疏松疼痛及抑郁症状,临床疗效肯定。Objective To research the therapeutic effect of kidney-supplementing liver-regulating formula for pri- mary osteoporosis associated with depression in elderly 95 years, associated with depression were randomized The treatment group was given kidney-supplementing given 70mg alendronate sodium tablets once weekly. There were significant differences between before and after treatment in the depression scores in both groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, especially after 4-week treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing with the control group, the de- pression scores in the treatment group were significantly decreased after 2-week, 3-week and 4-week treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
