黄芩漱口液预防系统性红斑狼疮活动期患者口腔真菌感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芩漱口液对使用糖皮质激素的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动期患者口腔真菌感染的预防及治疗作用。方法将90例接受糖皮质激素治疗的活动期SLE患者随机分为漱口液组、小苏打组与对照组,每组30例。在接受糖皮质激素治疗开始同时,漱口液组加用黄芩漱口液,小苏打组加用2.5%碳酸氢钠,对照组用生理盐水,各组均饭后漱口,每日3次。在糖皮质激素治疗期间观察3组患者口腔真菌感染发生率,并记录真菌感染出现天数及治愈天数。结果漱口液组口腔真菌感染发生率6.7%,小苏打组为13.3%,对照组为36.7%,漱口液组、小苏打组口腔真菌感染发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。漱口液组与小苏打组真菌感染出现时间均晚于对照组,治愈天数均少于对照组(P<0.05);且漱口液组真菌感染出现时间晚于小苏打组,治愈天数亦少于小苏打组(P<0.05)。结论黄芩漱口液能有效防治SLE活动期患者使用糖皮质激素期间的口腔真菌感染。Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Huangqin （Radix Scutellariae,黄芩） Mouthwashes on oral fungal infection in active systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients who received glucocorti- coid therapy. Methods Ninety active SLE patients who received glucocorticoid therapy were randomized into the mouthwashes group, soda water group and control group, with 30 in each. Three groups were given mouthwashes with Huangqin Mouthwashes, 2.5% sodium bicarbonate, and normal saline respectively after three meals while received glucocorticoid therapy. The incidence of oral fungal infection was observed during treatment. The days of fungal infec- tion and its healing days were recorded Results The incidence of oral fungal infection was 6.7%, 13.3% and 36.7% in the mouthwashes group, soda water group and control group respectively. Comparing with the control group, the incidence of oral fungal infection in the mouthwashes group and soda group was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the oceurance of fungal infection was later and the healing time was shorter in the mouthwashes group and soda water group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, especially in the mouthwashes group （ P 〈 o. 05） Conclusion Huangqin Mouthwashes is effective in preventing and treating oral fungal infection in active SLE patients who received glucocorticoid therapy
