摘　　要：疫病有多种独特的传变规律,可概以六经传变、表里传变、三焦传变、十二经传变、卫气营血传变等。疫病的六经传变包括逐日循经传变与六经表里传变;表里传变包括一般由表入里传变、逐日入胃传变与表里分传;三焦传变包括"直行中道,流布三焦"与"始上焦,终下焦";十二经传变主要以疫疹类热疫的以胃为中心传于十二经为代表;卫气营血传变借鉴温病传变规律,常为自营血分发出的逆传。本文对各类传变规律在发病时的病位、病性与传变趋势进行了简要介绍。临床应先把握邪气性质,确定其一般传变规律,再分析正邪相争情况,把握其病情传变程度与变局。The epidemic diseases have many unique shift laws and can be summarized as six-channel shift, exte- rior-interior shift, Sanjiao shift, twelve-channel shift and Weifen-Qifen-Yingfen-Xuefen （defense, qi, construction and blood） shift. The six-channel shift of epidemic diseases includes along-channel shift day by day and six-channel exterior-interior shift. The exterior-interior shift includes passing from the exterior to interior, passing to stomach day by day and exterior-interior shift respectively. The Sanjiao shift includes going straight to the middle-jiao （中焦） and flowing to Sanjiao and from upper-jiao （上焦） to lower-jiao （下焦）. The twelve-channel shift is commonly stomach- centered and passing to twelve channels. The Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue shift of epidemic diseases is abnormally passing from Ying-Xue. The location, nature and shift trend of epidemic diseases were introduced in this articles. We should grasp the nature and shift law of epidemic diseases in clinic.
