推拿、牵引、理疗与健康教育综合治疗高校学生颈型颈椎病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿、牵引、理疗与健康教育综合治疗高校学生颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将64名高校学生颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32名,治疗组予推拿、牵引、理疗与健康教育综合治疗,对照组予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊及外敷关节止痛膏治疗。两组均治疗5 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组的疼痛McGill评分(short form of McGill Pain Questionnaire,SFMPQ)、颈部症状与体征评分变化,并评价临床疗效。治疗结束6个月后随访观察复发情况。结果:两组各有2例病例脱落;两组疼痛SF-MPQ评分、颈部症状与体征评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组比较对照组降低更明显。治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),且复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用推拿、牵引、理疗与健康教育综合治疗高校学生颈型颈椎病疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of massage,neck traction,physical treatment and health education on college students’ neck type of cervical spondylosis of.Methods：The 64 college students with neck type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment and control group,32 cases in each.Patients were treated with neck traction,massage therapy and health education in treatment group and ibuprofen sustained-release capsules as well as analgesic rheumatoid plaster in control group.Patients in two groups were treated 5 days for one period of treatment; The SF-MPQ and neck pain symptoms,signs scores change and the clinical curative effect were observe in two course of treatment.The situation of cervical spondylosis relapse was observed within six months.Results：There were 2 lost cases in both treatment and controrl grops.The SF-MPQ and neck symptoms and signs scores were decreased both in two groups （P＜0.05）,and the decrease in treatment group was more significantly than that in control group （P＜0.01）; the relapse rate of treatment group was lower than that in control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion：The combination of massage,neck traction,physical therapy and health education can provide good clinical effects for college students with neck type of cervical spondylosis.
