摘 要:本次试验研究以增城市新塘镇某水质净化厂的印染污泥为试验对象,以印染污泥为原料制备生物滤膜用陶粒为主要目的,以实现印染污泥的综合利用,通过烧制陶粒试验研究了印染污泥制备生物滤膜用陶粒的可行性.研究结果表明:以印染污泥为原料制备陶粒是可行的.当印染污泥70%~80%,黏土15%~25%,加入10%左右的添加剂时,烧结温度为1000℃,烧结时间为15 min,升温方法是常温~200℃保持1h,接着迅速转入900℃保持1h,继续升温至1000℃,保持15~30 min,取出自然冷却,以此制备的陶粒具有强度高,表观密度小,能满足生物滤膜用陶粒的强度和密度的要求.Based on the printing and dyeing sludge get from the Water quality purification a factory of XinTang town Zengcheng City. the printing and dyeing sludge as raw material to made biological membrane with ceramsite to the primary purpose, which is to achieve the comprehensive utilization of sludge. Through the ceramic firing test, we can know the feasibility of the study. The results show that: Printing and dyeing sludge, clay and additives by a certain percentage of hybrid configuration made for blank firing test results show that the sludge to printing and dyeing sludge for the preparation of ceramic materials is feasible. When the sludge of printing and dyeing sludge 70 % to 80 % ,clay 15 % to 25 %, adding about 10 % of the additive, the sintering temperature is 1000 ℃, sintering time of 15min, Warming at room temperatures200 ℃ maintain 1 h, and then quickly transferred to the 900 ℃ maintain lh, continue to heat up to 1000 ℃, maintain 15 min, out of natural cooling, as the preparation of ceramic with a high-intensity, the apparent density of small, to meet the bio-ceramic membrane with the strength and density.
