摘　　要：互联网电视的产生源于OTT业务的兴起,其业务范围是基于开放互联网的数据信息服务。它的出现和发展,解决了区域服务的差异化,使集成信息服务在公共互联网的支撑下实现全国同步传播成为可能。借助互联网电视技术提供数字图书馆文化资源的展示与服务,不仅可以使全国用户收看到图书馆提供的公益文化视频节目,还可以读书看报、浏览种类多样的图文信息资源,并通过交互技术体验多项图书馆的特色功能应用。The development of OTT business gives rise to OTT TV, whose business scope is baSed upon the data information service on the open Internet sphere. The appearance and development of OTT TV address the differences of TV services between regions, and contribute to the possibility of synchronized nationwide communication of integrated information service with the support of the public Internet. The display and service of cultural resources provide through the channel of digital libraries supported by OTT TV technology, audiences are not only able to watch the non-profit cultural video programs provided by different libraries, but also avail themselves of the resources of newspapers, multiple choices of graphics and text information, as well as the experiences of various feature services through interactive technology.
