论高校图书馆的“碎片化”培训

摘　　要：随着信息时代的发展,以及数字化技术的日新月异,高校图书馆的培训也发生着与时俱进的变化。文章通过对"读者阅读关注度"相关文献的分析,结合手机等移动阅读的时代特征,提出了符合现代读者需求的培训方式———"碎片化"培训;并根据实际培训的情况,简要地介绍了培训内容的"碎片化"以及培训时间的"碎片化",同时举例说明了培训内容和时间碎片化的方法,从而使高校图书馆的培训更加贴近读者碎片化阅读的个性化需求。With the development of the information age, and rapid changes of digital technology, university library training occurs in advance with the times. Through the analysis of relevant documents about ＂reading notability＂, and combined with the characteristics of the time mobile phone and other mobile reading, the authors put forward a training mode based on the modern readers needs --＂ fragmentation ＂ training. According tO the actual training situation, they briefly introduce the ＂fragmentation＂ of training content and the fragmentation of training time, illustrate the methods for fragmentation of the training content and the time, so that the university library reader training is closer to the fragmentation of the personalized needs of reading.
