苏州民国文献收藏保护与开发利用研究

摘　　要：文章通过对苏州民国文献收藏保护与开发利用情况的调查了解到,苏州民国文献建成了目录数据库,可供在线检索,但是数字化开发能力有限,文献利用和应用效率不高。为了促进苏州民国文献的保护开发利用,应提高保护意识,制定保护政策;开展"再生性"和"原生性"双重保护;建立联合目录,完善检索系统;开发编研产品,满足用户需求。Based on the surrey to the collections of the literature of the Republic of China in Suzhou, the paper analyzes the collection, protection and utilization situation of them. The results show that the literatures of the Republic of China in Suzhou have been built into catalog databases, and can be searched online. However, it is too difficult to develop them by the libraries themselves, and the utilization rate of those literatures is not so high. In order to solve the problems in the process of protection, development and utilization, and improve the further development and utilization of the literature, the libraries showld raise awareness of conservation, formulate preservation policies, protect literature both in reproducibility and in originality, establish a joint catalog to improve the retrieval system, and develop alternative information products to meet users＇ demand.
