摘　　要：物流作为"第三利润源",对推动当今经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文首先分析宁波市企业目前的供应链状况,在此基础上设计基于MAS(Multi-agent)系统的第四方物流协同模型,以第四方物流运营商和商业银行作为系统的双主体进行供应链再造,并构建整个供应链的信用保证体系以确保供应链的协同发展,最后对该协同模型的制度保障体系构建进行分析。As ＂the third profit source＂ , logistics plays a vital role in promoting the development of economy today. This paper starts with an overview of the current supply-chain operation of enterprises in Ningbo City. A fourth logistic party collab- orative model based on Multi-agent Systems is thereafter designed, in which the fourth party logistics operator and commercial bank serve as the system＇s dual subjects to reengineer the supply chain and take credit guarantee for it to ensure coordinated development of the entire chain. The paper ends with an analysis of the institutional security on the basis of 4PL＇s supply-chain collaborative model.
