摘 要:以尼龙6、碘化钾和碘为原料,采用溶剂合成法制备了尼龙6高聚碘,考察了反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度对尼龙6高聚碘含碘量的影响,并且对其进行了拉曼光谱和热重分析,对不同含碘量的尼龙6高聚碘的熔点和水中溶碘量进行了测定。实验结果表明,使用冰乙酸溶剂法合成的尼龙6高聚碘反应均匀,含碘量可控,反应后产物容易分离;拉曼图谱显示,用溶剂法制备的尼龙6高聚碘是I5-与I3-的混合物,热重分析表明,在尼龙6高聚碘中存在着两类键合强度不同的碘,在两个温度区域内逐次分解。尼龙6高聚碘的水溶性很小,其溶碘量随着高聚碘含碘量的增加而降低,熔点随之也逐步降低。Nylon 6, potassium iodide and iodine were used as raw materials, nylon 6 polyiodides were prepared by the method of solvent synthesis. The effects of reactants ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on the iodine contents of preparation of nylon 6 polyiodides were studied. The products were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The melting point and the amount of iodine of nylon 6 polyiodides dissolved from water with different iodine contents were determined. The experimental results showe that the reaction process of solvent method with glacial acetic acid is uniform and the iodine contents of nylon 6 polyiodides are easy to control while the products were easily separated from the reaction. Raman spectra show that nylon 6 polyiodides prepared by solvent synthesis method is a mixture of I5^- and I3^- polyiodides. The TG curves show that there were two types of iodines with different bond strength in nylon 6 polyiodides which successively decomposed in the two temperature regions. The water solubility of nylon 6 polyiodides are little, the amount of iodine dissolved from water decreases and the melting point gradually decreases with the increase of the iodine contents of polyiodides.
