摘　　要：为确保中小型水库工程的安全运行并充分发挥其显著的经济效益和社会效益，统计分析了浙江省1956～2011年间中小型水库垮坝事件，分析了水库垮坝事故原因，并从水库安全监测、养护维修、除险加固、控制运用、防汛抢险和完善制度等管理层面提出相应的对策，以便使水库垮坝事故降至最低。This article counted dam break accidents of medium and small reservoirs projects and analyzed the causes of dam-break-accidents in Zhejiang Province during 1956-2011 in order to ensure safety operation and play role in remarka- ble economic and social benefits. And then it put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of reservoir safety monitoring, maintenance and repair, danger control and reinforcement, control and application, flood control and perfecting the system of management so as to minimize the collapsed dam accidents.
