摘 要:将钛酸铝作为添加剂加入到堇青石-莫来石窑具材料中,可有效解决目前窑具使用中抗热震性能差和使用寿命短等问题。本文从原料配方、制备工艺及微观组织结构分析等方面对堇青石-莫来石-钛酸铝复合材料的性能进行了详细的分析研究,结果表明:当莫来石含量51%、钛酸铝含量15%,堇青石含量34%经过1380℃烧成的试样显气孔率为25%,吸水率约为20%,体积密度1.74 g/m3,体积密度较高;通过XRD结果分析,高温条件下与莫来石复合的钛酸铝晶型保持良好,SEM测试结果显示试样的微观结构致密、均匀,烧结程度高。抗热震实验结果表明:钛酸铝含量为10%,经1380℃烧成的试样经5次热震后的抗折强度仍高达9.44 MPa。Aluminium titanate as an additive was added into the material of cordierite-mullite kill implements, which can effectively solve the kiln furniture used in such problems such as poor thermal shock resistance and short service life, In this paper, the composite materials performance of cordierite-mullite-aluminum titanate composites were investigated by the raw material formula, preparation process and microstructure analysis. The results showed that the show porosity rate of sample was 25%, bibulous rate was about 20% and the volume density was 1,74 g/m3, bulk density is higher, which the composite was the mullite content 51 wt%, aluminium titanate 15 wt%, cordierite 34 wt% and the sample were sintered at 1380 ℃ /2h. Through the analysis of the XRD results, aluminum titanate remained well crystal type at high temperature because of composite with mullite. SEM test results showed that the microscopic structure of sample density, uniform, high degree of sintering. Aluminium titanate thermal shock experiment results showed that fiexural strength was as high as 9.44 MPa after five times thermal shock test when the content of aluminum titanate was 10 wt% sintering at 1380℃ .
