摘 要:以长石、石英和锆英石等为主要原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验法研究了奥运卫生瓷用生料乳浊釉,对其配方进行了优化,得出了乳浊度和光泽度较好的最佳配方。用XRD和SEM研究了釉中存在主晶相的种类及形貌。结果表明:最佳配方的乳浊相为ZrSiO4,其颗粒呈球状,大小为200~500nm,分布均匀,数量众多,是产生乳浊作用的主要原因。Single factor and orthogonal experiment were employed to investigate the opaque raw galzes for Olympic sanitary porcelain using potassium feldspar, quartz and zircon as raw materials. The glaze recipe was optimized and an optimum glaze with excellent opacity and glossiness was formulated. The main crystalline phase and its morphology were studied using XRD and SEM. The results indicate that zirconium silicate is the main crystaline phase of the optimum glaze recipe. Zirconium silicate particles are of spherical shape and the size of which lies between 200 - 500 nm.
