摘　　要：叶天士作为温病学派的代表人物之一,创立卫气营血的辨治理论,针对卫气营血四个阶段分别用"汗之""清气""透热转气""凉血散血"的治则、并提出"务在先安未受邪之地"的防治原则,但现代临床依叶法施治而乏效,暴露出叶氏治法的一些不足。Ye Tianshi is one of the representatives of school of seasonal febrile diseases and has founded the theory of syndrome differentiation of defense, qi, nutrition and blood. The treatment principles of ＂sweating＂,＂ clearing qi＂ ,＂ inducing Yin heat into qi phase＂ and ＂cooling blood and dissipating stasis＂ are adopted respectively towards the four phases. He ＇also puts forwards such prevention principle that the different parts of the body which are not attacked by evil factors should be protected first. But in mod- ern clinical practice, some of its weakness have been exposed.
