健脾利湿泻浊汤治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎37例

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾利湿泻浊法治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将71例慢性乙型重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组34例,两组均采用常规中西医结合治疗,治疗组加用健脾利湿泻浊汤结肠给药,每日1次,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组显效9例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率为83.78%;对照组显效4例,有效16例,无效14例,总有效率为58.82%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低AST、TBil,升高PTA方面优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在降低ALT、升高Alb方面,治疗组亦优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在降低ET方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脾利湿泻浊汤结肠给药治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of strengthening the spleen, promoting diuresis and purging the turbidity for the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis. Methods ：71 cases with chronic severe hepatitis were divided into the treatment group （37 ca- ses） and the control group（ 34 cases）. Both groups were treated with the routine therapy of combined Chinese and western medi- cine, and the treatment group was added with Jianpi Lishi Xiezhuo Tang through colon administration（ once per day ,4 weeks as a treatment course for both groups）. Results：In the treatment group,9 cases were significantly eft^ctive, 22 cases effective,6 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 83.78% ;in the control group,4 cases were significantly effective, 16 cases effective, 14 cases invalid. The total effective rate was 58.82%. The effect in the treatment group was better than that of the ~contml group （ P 〈 O. 05）. In terms of reducing AST and TBil and improving PTA, the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. As for reducing ALT and improving Alb, the treatment group was also better than the control group,but the difterenee wasn＇t significant. For decreasing ET,the treatment group was greatly better than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Jianpi Lishi Xiezhuo Tang through colon administration has exact efficacy for treating chronic severe hepatitis.
