应用隔药灸法丰乳疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药灸法丰乳的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法:将195例患者随机分为隔药灸组、隔药灸脐组和艾灸组各65例。隔药灸组采用隔药灸神阙、膻中、乳根、屋翳、天溪、足三里、三阴交穴治疗,隔日1次;隔药灸脐组采用隔药灸神阙穴治疗,隔日1次;艾灸组采用艾条温和灸神阙、膻中、乳根、屋翳、天溪、足三里、三阴交穴治疗,每日1次。三组均治疗28 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。治疗前后分别测量患者的胸围值,观察血清雌激素(E2)和孕激素(P)的含量变化。结果:隔药灸组丰乳有效率为71.0%,隔药灸脐组有效率为55.2%,艾灸组有效率为22.8%,隔药灸组丰乳疗效优于单纯隔药灸脐组(P<0.05),且以上两组均明显优于艾灸组(P均<0.01)。治疗后三组的血清雌激素(E2)和孕激素(P)含量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且隔药灸组提高幅度优于单纯隔药灸脐组(P<0.01),以上两组均明显优于艾灸组(P均<0.01)。结论:隔药灸法具有较好的丰乳作用,其作用机制与提高血清雌激素(E2)和孕激素(P)的含量有关。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of drug - separated moxibustion on breast augmentation, and to explore its mechanism. Methods ：195 patients were randomly divided into drug- separated moxibustion group,drug- separated navel- moxibustion group and moxibustion group, with 65 cases in each group. In drug - separated moxibustion group, the acupoints Shen- que, Danzhong, Rugen, Wuyi, Tianxi ,Zusanli, Sanyinjiao were given moxibustion every other day;in drug- separated moxibustion navel group, Sheuque was given moxibustion every other day; in moxibustion group the acupoints Shenque, Danzhong, Rugen, Wuyi,Tianxi, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao were treated with moxa stick once a day. Three groups had continuous treatment of 3 courses,28 d in a course of treatment. The chest circumferences of patients in each group were measured, and the content changes of serum estrogen（E2 ） and progesterone（P） observed respectively before and after the treatment. Results：The drug- separated moxibus- tion group had the curative effect of 71%, drug - separated navel - moxibustion group 55.2%, the moxibustion group 22. 8%. The contents of serum estrogen（ E2 ） and progesterone（P） of three groups after the treatment were higher than those before the treat- ment（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the drug - separated moxibustion group improved better than drug - separated navel - moxibustion group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and two groups were significantly better than moxibustion group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Drug - separated moxibus- tion has better effect on breast augmen＇tation;its mechanism may be related with the content increase of serum estrogen（E2 ） and progesterone （P）.
