摘　　要：QC小组活动注重方法和程序,其推进组织过程和PDCA活动程序均符合信息系统流程设计的特点。介绍了QC在线管理系统。通过研发QC在线管理系统,实现了小组注册、小组管理、活动记录、成果发布等功能,方便QC小组活动的开展,对调动员工积极参与质量管理、质量改进起到了促进作用。QC team activities focus on methods and procedures, its implementation process and PDCA activity procedure all accord with the process design features of information systems. The QC online management system is introduced. It includes such functions as registration, management, activity recording and result publishing of teams etc. it is very convenient to activity of QC teams, and has a promoting effect on mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees in actively participating in quality management and improvement of themselves enterprise.
