摘 要:目的探讨微小气候疗法对老年冠心病患者血液流变学的改善。方法对24例老年冠心病疗养员所处的疗养室进行24 h空气净化,以营造微小的气候环境,1个月后抽血进行血液流变学检查并与治疗前对比。结果气候疗法1个月后,患者的临床症状疗效为87.5%,心电图疗效为79.2%;低切变率下全血黏度、高切变率下全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原与治疗前比较均显著下降。结论对老年冠心病患者行微小气候疗法,能显著改善其血液流变学。Objective To probe into the improvement of microclimatic therapy on hemorheology of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The rooms of 24 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were air purified for 24hs so as to produce microclimatic environment, and blood was drawn for hemorheological check after 1 month and compared with that before the treatment. Results After one month of microclimatic therapy,the curative effect of clinical symptom was 87.5% and that of electrocardiogram was 79.2% .The whole blood viscosity under low shear rates, the whole blood viscosity under high shear rates, plasma viscosity, red cell assembling index, erythrocyte electrophoresis time, haematocrit, and fibrinogen obviously declined after the treatment compared to those before the treatment.Conclusion Microclimatic therapy on elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the hemorheology.
