摘　　要：目的研究健康体检者乙肝血清标志物检出状况。方法对25 302份体检标本进行乙肝两对半检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果乙型肝炎病毒感染率为2.73%,乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性率为63.96%。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染率呈逐年递增的趋势。乙型肝炎表面抗体阳性率从2009年到2012年均呈现缓慢增长趋势,但从2012年到2013年却出现回落。Objective To study the hepatitis B serum marker detection status in physical examination subjects.Methods 25 302 medical specimens were checked with hepatitis B two pairs of semi-testing and the test results were analyzed. Results The hepatitis B virus infection rate was 2.73%, hepatitis B surface antibody positive rate was 63.96%. Conclusion HBV infection rate was taking an increasing trend.Hepatitis B surface antibody positive rate showed slow growing trend annually from 2009 to 2012, but dropped down from 2012 to 2013.
