摘　　要：目的对脑外伤患者早期卧床体位进行干预指导,预防和减轻痉挛姿势的出现和加重。方法利用Bobath技术指导脑外伤患者早期卧床体位,通过反射抑制抗痉挛模式,对患者患侧卧位、健侧卧位和仰卧位进行良好肢位的摆放。结果 Bobath技术反射抑制抗痉挛模式指导良肢位摆放,预防和减轻了痉挛姿势的出现和加重。结论 Bobath技术反射抑制抗痉挛模式有助于预防和减轻脑外伤患者早期卧床体位中痉挛姿势的出现和加重,为患者肢体康复和日常生活活动能力恢复奠定良好基础。Objective To give the cerebral trauma sufferers intervention guidance for early in-bed position so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence and aggravation of spastic gesture.Methods Patients with traumatic brain injuries were instructed with early in-bed position by Bobath technology through antispasmodic reflex inhibiting pattern ensure good lateral position on affected side, lateral position on healthy side, and supine position. Results Occurrence and aggravation of spastic gesture were prevented and reduced by Bobath technology through antispasmodic reflex inhibiting pattern to guide good limb position.Conclusion Antispasmodic reflex inhibiting pattern of Bobath technology can help prevent and relieve occurrence and aggravation of spastic gesture in cerebral trauma sufferers with early in-bed position, which lays a good foundation for the recovery of patients with limb rehabilitation and daily life activities.
