疗养院医务人员手卫生调查分析及干预对策

摘　　要：目的通过对医务人员手卫生依从性的调查分析,了解影响依从性的因素,为提高手卫生效果提供科学依据。方法随机抽取医生、护士、技师各30人,采取问卷调查、操作考核及微生物采样的方法。结果干预后理论知识平均成绩提高16.2分,达到93.5分,平均洗手正确率提高30%,达到95.6%,微生物培养合格率达到95.5%。结论针对手卫生依从性的影响因素,制定干预措施,可以进一步提高手卫生的执行力,减少医院感染的发生率。Objective To study the factors for compliance through the investigation and analysis of medical staff hand hygiene compliance so as to provide scientific basis for increasing hand hygiene effect.Methods Doctors,nurses,and technicians,each with 30 people,were randomly selected and given questionnaire survey, operation assessment and microbiological sampling methods.Results After intervention, the average score of theoretical knowledge increased by 16.2 points,reaching 93.5 points;the average hand wash accuracy increased by 30%, reaching 95.6%;microbial culture pass rate reached 95.5%.Conclusion To make intervening measures aiming at the influence factors of hand hygiene compliance can further improve the executive force of increasing hand hygiene and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
