摘　　要：云南2009/2010年遭遇了一次百年一遇的全省性特大旱灾,对当地的生产和人民生活造成了严重影响.笔者利用2009年11月—2010年4月NASA(美国国家航空航天局)—MODIS(中分辨率成像光谱仪)1 km×1 km分辨率的归一化植被指数(NDVI)和地表温度(LST)数据,在构建了温度植被干旱指数(TVDI)的基础上,对2009/2010年云南省干旱情况进行了反演.进一步与昆明、昭通、江城3站实测的土壤湿度数据进行比较验证后,获得了云南省2009/2010年干旱等级的时空分布情况.基于TVDI的卫星监测结果表明:从2009年11月云南进入旱季以后,全省出现大范围不同程度的干旱;2010年2月、3月干旱情况最为严重,中等干旱面积达到全省的50%以上,严重干旱面积达到全省的27%左右;严重干旱区域主要分布在云南省的中东部和南部地区;全省唯有西北的迪庆、怒江自治州较为湿润或者正常.An once - in - a - century drought impacted on people＇ s life. Based on the moderate vember,2009 to April,2010 provided by National occurred in 2009/2010 over Yunnan province ,which seriously resolution imaging spectroradiometer （MODIS） data from No- Aeronautics and Space Administration （NASA）, the tempera- ture vegetation drought index （TVDI） was constructed to detect drought over Yunnan in 2009/2010. After com- pared the TVDI with the observed soil moisture of Kunming, Zhaotong and Jiangcheng, the spatio - temporal evo- lution of drought in 2009/2010 was revealed. The monitored results show that after enter edthe dry season, drought occurred in Yunnan with different level. The most severe drought conditions appeared in February and March,2010 ,in which the medium drought area reached more than 50 % and the severe drought area reached a- bout 27 % of the total area. Severe drought area was mainly distributed over the southern and eastern of Yunnan. Only Diqing and Nujiang Autonomous which lacated in the northwestern of Yunnan ware relatively wet.
