河流水电梯级开发环境影响后评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：结合目前河流水电开发的环境管理程序及环境影响评价实际情况,从工程系统、环境系统和管理系统三方面筛选指标并建立河流水电梯级开发环境影响后评价的评价体系,明确了后评价工作流程,提出了完善评价指标体系的建议。Combined with the current environmental management procedure of hydroelectric development and the practical situation of environmental impact assessment, this paper chose the index from the three aspects such as engineering system, environmental system and management system, established the evaluation system after hydropower cascade development environment implication, confirmed the working process of post evaluation, and proposed the suggestion to perfect evaluation index system.
