摘　　要：故障诊断专家系统能及时有效地处理物流输送系统中电气设备故障,提高物流输送效率。以绵阳卷烟厂成品库物流输送系统为背景,通过故障树分析法建立了成品库电气设备故障知识库和推理机,设计了成品库故障诊断专家系统。该系统可提高工厂的物流输送设备维护水平,缩短设备故障导致的停产时间。Fault diagnosis expert system can efficiently process the electrical equipment failures of the cigarette transportationsystem in time and improve the efficiency of the transportation system. On the background of the cigarette transportation sys- tem in Mianyang Cigarette Factory, a failure knowledge base and an inference machine for the electrical equipment in the finished product warehouse were established by using fault tree analysis, and a fault diagnosis expert system was de- signed, which can improve the maintenance of the cigarette transportation equipment and reduce the downtime caused by equipment faults.
