摘 要:本文将钙矾石和水镁石复合膨胀源引入高强混凝土 ,意在补偿其自缩、冷缩和干缩 ,使高强混凝土真正成为高性能混凝土。研究了以超细矿粉、膨胀剂和双膨胀中热水泥为胶凝材料配制的胶材净浆及其混凝土的收缩补偿过程。还分析了胶材净浆膨胀与混凝土膨胀的自相似性 ,在钙矾石膨胀的基础上水镁石膨胀的非线性叠加现象。并对膨胀型胶材硬化浆体及其混凝土变形的作了粘弹性分析。This paper deals with the shrinkage and compensating shrinkage of hardened cement paste(hcp)and its high strength concrete with expansive hydrates both ettringite and brucite in the system of MHPCSE ultrafine mineral admixture(UMA) expansive admixture(EA).Results indicated that under the guarantee of compensating shrinkage,stable expansion in late age and steady strength,and under the condition of w (MgO)=4 6% in clinker w (SO 3)=4 3~5 3% in binding materials and incorporation of w (UMA)=20%,the expansion of hcp and concrete at 60 day ages reached respectively 1800~3000×10 -6 and 600~800×10 -6 ,and the expansive increment from 60 day to 730 day ages had respectively 700~2700×10 -6 and 360~700×10 -6 in 20℃ curing water and their dry shrinkage were kept expansive.And structures of hcp and concrete with slight expansion and their expansive development using theory of fractal geometry and viscoelasticity have been researched.The results suggest that using expansive hydrates both ettringite and brucite in high performance concrete may compensate its autogenous,temperature and drying shrinkage. 〔
